Owner Lazaros, opened the first Greek Taverna Mykonos in West Kirby, Wirral over 20 years ago, and went onto open Yiamas in Birkenhead, and Lazaros Greek Taverna’s in Hoylake and Wallasey, and therefore has a great knowledge of Greek cuisine and has developed his unique menu to perfection, these days Lazaros puts his name to Lazaros Greek Taverna in Moreton. Lazaros knows many of his customers personally, and they know they will get great service and excellent food, which is why many of them remain loyal customers.

We always offer excellent homemade, fresh, authentic Greek food cooked with authentic Greek methods, and our menu offers a wide variety of meat, vegetarian and fish dishes, so whatever your requirements we have the perfect dish for you, with a wide variety of Greek & English beers and wines to accompany your meal, and a selection of delicious desserts, coffees and liquors to top it off!!!

We combine our fabulous Greek cuisine with a stylish modern restaurant and a warm friendly atmosphere with staff who are always happy to help to you enjoy your evening. We have 85 covers, and should the weather permit, outside tables are available, a relaxing bar area, and for the early evening diners and families an early evening menu with great offers available Sunday to Friday till 7pm (highchairs available). We also cater for big parties, weddings, hen parties, birthdays etc. Whatever your occasion let us know and we will do our maximum to make sure your celebration is great!!
